it was conveniently located near popular places. We liked that the room had a cute balcony and the pool was lovely.
We stayed there during Christmas and there was no Christmas atmosphere at all. There was no festive decoration or events organised, which made us feel like we were just staying in an ordinary hotel.

This guesthouse is a gem! the location is perfect for those wanting access to various sights around town. the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. the rooms are stunning with modern and clean linen, plus the unique decor adds a touch of luxury. Speaking of luxury, the breakfast is of high quality and delicious. Adding to the comfort and service, the owners are thoughtful and kind, even returning misplaced items. Oh, and don't forget to check out the Ancient Room for an extraordinary experience.

The hotel's breakfast is top-notch, with fresh, quality ingredients that taste fantastic. The hotel also has excellent facilities, including a gym and a children's play area by the pool. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness standards are high.

My recent stay at Kiwara Guesthouse was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home with the warm and personalized service. The attention to detail in the beautiful decor and clean, modern linen was impressive. The breakfast was of the highest quality, accompanied by relaxing background music that created a delightful atmosphere. And let me tell you, the owners went above and beyond when they personally delivered my husband's forgotten ID all the way to Midrand! It's no wonder Kiwara Guesthouse is a hidden gem in Johannesburg. I highly recommend this exceptional guesthouse for an unforgettable experience.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with exceptional service and hospitality. The hostess, Suzanne, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. She checked in on me regularly and even accommodated my early departure by making breakfast for me before the usual serving time. The attention to detail and the level of care provided by Suzanne truly made me feel special and valued as a guest.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. It truly exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, service, and overall experience.
